Morphology describes the way Xclusive Media works with clients to change and grow their business. The ‘Lifecycle’ is the name for our project strategy. This transparent approach allows our clients to watch the creative process as it evolves and transforms.

Birth
THE EGG STAGE
New concepts and projects are born through inspiration. We discuss a client’s vision with them and create a strategy to help them bring it to life.

Evolution
THE CATERPILLAR STAGE
We research a client’s product or service, including the competition, to understand and develop the criteria for the project. Through talking to the client we start to visualise the necessary workflow.

Development
PUPA STAGE
Once we’ve established the aims of the project we develop new creative strategies for the client to bring form to the project.

Transformation:
THE METAMORPHOSIS STAGE:
The project growth is complete and we move onto promoting the product or service through strategic marketing, advertising and PR.
